1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (All Over India)

Standard Shipping

Cost: 150 

Dispatch Time: 2–4 working days after order placement

Delivery Time: 4–10 working days after dispatch

Note: Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Government Holidays. Delivery might be impacted; natural calamities like flood , continue rain and; may take longer than listed. Pre-order items may also extend dispatch time.

Tracking & Delivery:

You’ll receive tracking details via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.

We partner with trusted couriers like Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, Ecom, Ekart, and others for safe delivery. 

3. Liability and  Parcel Issues

Lost or Delayed Parcels:
We regret we cannot accept responsibility—or offer refunds—for lost or delayed shipments in the following scenarios:

Incorrect address or phone number provided

Failure to verify the OTP (One-Time Password) or provide accurate verification

Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery

Returns due to Recipient-Related Issues:

Domestic Returns: If the parcel is returned due to recipient-side errors, we charge a shipping fee of ₹150 (standard)  as originally paid.

Re-shipment (Domestic): Should you request a resend, a flat re-shipping fee of ₹300 applies.
